  • Great local place for Po' Boys and seafood. One of us raved about his oyster Po' Boy. My Redfish Atchafalaya, redfish with crawfish etouffee, rice, and collards was excellent! Fried Green Tomatoes with remoulade sauce was a wonderful starter. Service from our waitperson, Erica, was tops! Prices are very reasonable for such excellent fare. Bravo!

  • From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. I loved the neighborhood bar -restaurant atmosphere, brought me back to my childhood in New Orleans. The Paradise Park was cold from the tap and the grilled shrimp remi poboy; delicious. My wife had the shrimp amd grits, told me was excellent. We will be back.

  • The food was delicious and the portions were huge. We started with the onion rings, they were amazing! I couldn’t even finish my 6 inch club po boy because there was so much meat on it!!! My husband had the Redfish Atchafalaya. He said it was EXCELLENT! That’s VERY high praise!!!! A little off the beaten path, it’s a converted house, but it is SO WORTH it. Our waitress, Aura, was wonderful. Can’t say enough about this place.

  • We came here on a food tour and it was so good we had to come back for a full meal. Amazing, authentic po-boys. We had the roast beef and the short ribs and they were both delicious. Laid-back friendly atmosphere, great drinks and great prices. Definitely not to be missed!

  • Fantastic Po'boys at a great neighborhood pub! Perfect change of pace if you're looking to see more of NOLA than just the French Quarter.

  • Sometimes you wonder about these viral places, and I can confirm they’ve earned every bit of those glowing reviews. The fried pickles appetizer, so were the PoBoys. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had shrimp that good. And the fried pickles were bursting with flavor. Service is awesome, people are friendly.

  • 1st trip to NOLA and we had to come here twice for the Po-boys as they were amazing! Fried pickels, red beans an rice are a must do! The light seasonings let you taste the seafood and the crunch is perfect! The staff here is amazing, super friendly and attentive. Worth the time to come here and the outdoor seating is perfect! We will definitely be back here!

  • We absolutely love coming to Mahoney's. Anytime we are near New Orleans we make the drive to grab lunch. Always start with the onion rings and gumbo as they are always spot on. The shrimp poboy is a must as well. Our waitress, Ann Marie took great care of us. We look forward to the next visit!
